Meal#1 ~10am: 500g egg whites, 1 whole large egg, and 400g white basmati rice (932cals - Protein 70g, Fat 8g, Carbs 120g)
Meal#2 ~1pm: 500g white basmati rice and 250g boneless skinless chicken breast (1021cals - Protein 70g, Fat 9g, Carbs 165g)
Meal#3 ~3pm: 400g basmati rice with 250g boneless skinless chicken breast (756cals - Protein 60g, Fat 4g, Carbs 120g)
Meal#4 ~ 7pm: 300g outside round roast and 1 large sweet potato (552cals - Protein 65g, Fat 16g, Carbs 37g)

Comments on the diet:

  • Reducing calories a bit through fats to lean out as much as possible before lean bulk
  • Lowering carbs slightly trying to lean out for lean bulk cycle
