My lifts aren’t that good. I am in my late 20’s and i need to improve them
I already plan on doing trenbolone 300mgs per week
How much testosterone can i run ? would 600mgs be too much?

make sure you go to domestic supply and pick out a good strength stack

do tren 300mgs and test 200mgs

I prefer to keep testosterone and trenbolone quite low. I would go with doses of 250 mg each.

Not a huge fan of tren since you are sitting at 18% body fat. You could easily get that down a few points and then run it. I would keep it low like 300mg per week max and the same dose if you add test to it.
