I've been doing legs twice a week to bring them up and I have made small improvements but there is still more that need to be made in order to be competitive on the pro circuit. I need more of a quad sweep, a hammy sweep and overall size in the lower half. Still have about 13 months to key in on those weak areas in order to have a better placing than if I didn't hit on those areas.
