I’ve started easing into the new training setup this week, and it’s already doing what it’s supposed to!
After 10 hard weeks, I can feel the benefits of pulling back just a lil bit with less joint stiffness, and better recovery between sessions.
This week was a dry run of the PCT training phase, and it feels right. Light cardio, strict meals, and just enough resistance to keep my muscles activated.
Starting next week, I’ll begin cycling off so my full PCT protocol is incoming.
I’m really happy with my result this cycle, I’m looking the best I’ve looked in years!
