My waist is getting tighter, and I’m holding much less water even with my carb intake now being slightly elevated.
My diet is still still clean: High protein intake (around 300g/day), Moderate carbos (mostly pre/post workouts) Good fats from whole eggs, avocado, coconut oil and almond butters.
As mentioned earlier my sleep, steel libido, and super mood are still in a great spot for the amount of gear Ive been taking for so long now.
Goals from here:
Tighten up my lower abs get some more definition there.
Pushing into the final 2 weeks left with no injuries or diet slip-ups.
Also I need to gegin mapping out my cruise phase after this and plan my bloodwork for after thai si all done. Every rep, meal, injection:
