Lean Bulking Cycle

Currently doing a log on evo so will be continuing that one on here.

What I’m Working with
Stats (start of lean bulk):
• Age: 21
• Height: 182 cm
• Weight: 82 kg
• Body fat: unsure

Diet:
I eat the same exact thing every day to stay consistent with my macros

Supplements:
  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
  • Calcium
  • Nac
  • Fish oil
  • Vitamin k2
  • Vitamin d
  • Valerian
  • Vitamin b12
  • P5p
  • Creatine
Will be adding in couple other supplements soon when I have funds

Cycle:
  • Test en 250mg pinned twice a week
  • Mast 100mg pinned 3x per week
  • Reta 1mg
  • 5iu hgh
  • 20mg anavar
Had some gyno show up and my e2 and prolactin are pretty high so I’ve added in some arimidex and ralox. Getting bloods again in 3 weeks to assess where my e2 and prolactin is at and if all is good will be increasing dosages and adding more gear

Quite tired today, luckily it’s only cardio and core day. Walked home from Tafe and did couple laps around my suburb adding up to 6km.
