How to test HCG/pregnyl quality?

Hello, I am using HCG/Pregnyl 5000 IU (the blue box from Greece, I think), divided into 2 injections per week (0.20), for testicular size.

I’ve already tried several combinations but nothing works. My testicles have no volume.
How can I test the quality of the product?
Before, I was using Ovitrelle and I did have testicular volume then, but I switched to Pregnyl because of the price (€10 per box), and now my testicles almost disappear.
