I'm curious about the best option when it comes to using GW and Ostarine for 12 weeks.
I've read that GW501516 is really good for fat loss and endurance. Do I need to take it before the gym or does it matter when I take it? And as far as the Ostarine, would you recommend 25mg a day or should I go with 50?
