Health with trenbolone for a 12-week cycle

I'm looking to use trenbolone for 12 weeks but I would like to keep it as healthy as possible. I'm wondering how bad my health can be and what are some of the ways I can mitigate it. Should I run the dosing really low, like maybe 200 or 250 mg a week, or do you think that there's another strategy when it comes to using tren?
