Getting bigger with deca or npp, which one?

I'm interested in getting bigger. I'm 156 pounds and 5'10". I'm definitely a hard gainer. I'm 28 years old and I've been lifting weights for the past four years. I have a hard time with appetite, so I'm hoping that Deca or NPP would be a good solution. Which one do you recommend? And do you think I should go with 200mg, 300mg, or 400mg for 12 weeks?
