Do steroids help or hurt mental issues

I'm currently on depression medication
I've been on it for the past three years off and on
I'm 5 ft 7 in and I weigh approximately 142 lb, 26 years old and i train almost everyday
I feel like this medication is preventing me from making gains
which steroids do you think can help offset the damage I'm doing from these medications I'm on?

if you have depression fix that first imo

if you do go on a cycle it should be TRT or self trt like 250mgs testosterone enanthate per week max

steroids are the last thing you would want here... they can have a detrimental effect on your mind overall, some far more than others... i would definitely advise against this... nootropics are the kinds of things you would be wanting to go with more so than anything as they can help you with focus and mindset in general... umbrella labs offers a wide variety of nootropics on their site and sarms.forsale will be offering them soon as well

You definitely shouldn't use gear if you have any mental issues. Nothing bad or no offense man. Should just get that under wrap first.
