deca and test for size/strength?

Looking for test and deca for size/strength
my goals are to double my big lifts squats, bench and deadlifts.
I’m also looking to put on 10-15 pounds
current stats are 180lbs with 5’8’’ and 38 years old.
My cycle thought looks like this:
deca 300mgs a week
test 500mgs a week
proviron? Thoughts?
 
Have you got a history with steroid cycles already? Is this your first? Have you used nandralones before? There are a lot of questions.
Sure you can just pull the trigger and do it but if you haven't got your nutrition and macros in check and training program sorted chucking anabolics in wont magically make you get to your goals.

Im not having a go at you in anyway. There is just more info required before anyone can give you advice.
 
If you want to get a nice bulking stack together with Deca, go with Domestic Supply. I would run the Deca anywhere from 300 to 400 mg a week. That is the sweet spot.
 
Bros, I like me some deca for appetite. It will go crazy but honestly it's a little too much. I think a lean bulker would be better for you. This is why I would swap the deca for EQ at 500 mg a week with some testosterone, and you can add in some dianabol to that.
