Yesterday was my final workout of my first 4 weeks on my new training schedule. So, last day of drop sets until we hit week 2 again. Doing 3 drop sets of Dumbbell lateral raises was insane. I could see in the mirror my shoulders just continuing to get bigger and bigger with more cuts in them as I went. Having that as the 2nd movement in the workout was insane! I absolutely love this workout... another good one in the books! I had check-ins this morning, and finally realized that using natural lighting is the way to go! I will have my check in pictures attached below. I am getting more teeth pulled tomorrow afternoon.. so I will be out of the gym for around 3 to 4 days, and I might be a little low on calories for a few days as well. By the time I am ready to get back after it, I will be rearing and ready to go! Also, within a couple of days of getting back after it.. we will be adding in the NPP. Big next month coming up! Lots of gains to come!
