Hey brother! Yea I’m currently coaching Jezzo. Probably one of the easiest clients to work with and also a good mate. He asks all the right questions and you definitely can’t fault his efforts. For example when he had a ‘bad’ week, he stuck to his macros and did everything he could, rather than taking a step backwards like many would.

We’re keeping things very health focused on this one and only pulling levers when necessary, but I’m excited to make some changes to protocols and really get the needle moving.

In 6 weeks of basically TRT only he’s up 1kg with a much tighter midsection - with so many more strings to pull he’s gonna be one to watch bro

You never know I might do soon bro after seeing all the boys get onto it, I’m currently in a health phase due to sky high ALP on bloods, AST ALT and GGT were fine so I’m assuming it’s to do with some recent stress fractures and my right knee being fucked atm

This is the current rig at 88.4kg, I’m just waiting til all my ducks are in a row to make the blast really count brother. Goal weight’s 100kgs
