Hi,
This is the owner of Canadianmadelabs.com, and I wanted to take a moment to clarify the situation and help resolve this for you.
First, we’d like to note that there are unfortunately several companies worldwide using similar names, so we want to ensure this order was placed with our official CML.
When orders are submitted, shipping addresses are copied exactly as provided by the customer. Because of this, address errors typically do not occur on our end. That said, if a package is ever returned to us for any reason and we are notified, we always reship promptly. This is something we have consistently done for our customers, and many of our positive reviews reflect similar situations—particularly with Canada Post—where we’ve successfully reshipped orders at no additional cost. In fact, we’ve had countless customers make address errors, and we’ve always reshipped on our dime. Again this is reflected in our reviews.
At this time, we have not received any emails or notifications regarding a returned package from you for this order. However, we absolutely want to resolve this and ensure you receive your items.
Please reach out to us directly at
[email protected] with your order number and tracking information so we can look into this immediately and assist you
further.
Thank you,
Canadianmadelabs.com
