Does anyone know what's going on with Nordic Fusion lately? I've talked to a few people who have had similar concerns. My last 6 packages had been anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks late. My previous one never showed up at all, but I had to absorb the cost because it was canada posts fault.
No responses whatsoever when the parcels never show up. Tbh, I think its probably his shipper causing problems. Im assuming he doesn't respond because he doesn't know whats going on himself. It would be more helpful if he could explain, instead of disappearing for weeks at a time.
I've ordered 30 or so parcels over 4 years, all of which came in 2-5 business days. Great service. Its only been this last year that all of these issues have arisen.
My current parcel is only 19 days out, but I still expected it sooner. I was told it would be sent out to me quickly. I ran out of GH mid cycle, and haven't been able to get a response since the etransfer was accepted. I'm not suggesting people not order from him or anything, he seems like a good guy, and is usually quite fair. If anyone knows what's going on with him, it would alleviate some concerns. I won't be able to order from him again until his service improves. Hopefully I'm not out $500
