Gday lads been a busy week with work and studying. Still keeping my consistency even when after the long shifts during the days. One thing I’m starting to realise is that the gains aren’t stacking up as much as they were. Should I be trying to change something with this or just let it do its thing. I’m still gaining reps on my max’s each session just aren’t jumping crazy how I was. Nothings changed in terms of diet, gear and sleep all still the same as it was at the start of the bulk. But everything else is great still looking good weighing in at about 110kg now so definitely starting to feel heavy. The cut that’s to come will be pretty good I think as I can tell I’ve definitely packed on some good size in muscle this bulk. Hope to hear some suggestions
