Gday everyone few days early on the post this week but I’m currently sick as a dog and bored so thought may aswell give a good update on what’s going on with everything.
Last week’s been solid once again every single exercise is just adding more and more weight. No doubt this cycle has been the best cycle I’ve had. I’ve been thinking for a while on doing my cert 3/4 on fitness to be doing PT as a side hustle until I can make it full time. I’ve enrolled into the course and will be starting next month which is sick. I’m also doing cert 3 in nutrition so I can be doing meal plans for my clients aswell. I suppose it’s a bit random to be doing but going and training is my happy place where I feel good. I suppose I haven’t said much about my personal life but about 2 years ago I was 128kg of pure fat. I had always been very overweight growing up and one day a work colleague told me to go with him and have stuck with it since. I want to eventually do this kinda stuff as a living which yes is gonna be hard at the start but I’m ready to give it a good crack. The job I’m currently doing will allow me to study aswell with doing 7on7off and even in night shift I can study. Let me know if anyone has done the same thing and have any tips I’m open to all help possible.
