I'm looking to use some BPC and it's on my radar. I'm wondering how to use it before I order it. I was thinking of using 250 micrograms per day and injecting it directly into my injury. My main concern is my left knee hasn't been the same ever since I heard it doing squats.
You'll get good results on BPC but you need to inject it in the injury. BPC needs to be spot injected for best results. That's how I recommend you use it.
TB500 can be pinned anywhere on your body. I would front-load it 10-15mg the first week or two. That will make sure it gets into your system and saturates things.
I would go with BPC at 500 micrograms every other day. Now with TB 500 you can inject it three times a week. I would do 3-4 mg per injection, the first couple weeks of front-load.
