I have meetings most of the day today so I typically bring food to avoid eating out or junk at the office.

Today was a rest day. I spent a majority of the day in meetings, which was terrible. Looking forward to tomorrow, leg day!! Sleep was great last night. I got in 8 hours and 45 minutes. I’m starting to be able to fire my quad more and more each day. So that’s a major plus.


PEDs:


200mg test cypionate (weekly)
2iu hgh
250/250mcg bpc157/tb500
20mg Ibutamoren


Supplements:



Ghost multivitamins
5 gram creatine
4200mg Fish oil



Exercise:



Rest day



Diet:



12:00 meal



1 tsp organic unrefined coconut oil
8 oz cage free egg whites
2 oz low fat cheddar
3 tbsp pico de gallo
2 bananas



4:00 meal



1 Taylor farm stir fry kit (no sauce)
8 oz free range chicken breast shredded
1/4 bottle primal kitchen teriyaki sauce



Post workout meal



2 cup unsweet almond milk
30 gram Quinoa protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds



7:00 meal



12 oz sirloin
1 baked sweet potato
1 cup steamed broccoli
1 cup white mushrooms



Side note:



Feeding window and meals were a bit different today due to all the meetings. Tomorrow I’ll be back to normal.

Sleep was good last night, I got just over 8 hours. This morning was leg day. I tried to incorporate the recovering leg a bit today. However, I’m just easing into things so most exercises were utilizing one leg only. Today I also had PT again, It went very well. The knee is holding up quite nicely.

120lb single leg extensions 2x9
415lb single leg press 2x15

Diet:

2 cup low fat cottage cheese
3 tbsp raw honey
6 oz blackberries
2 oz walnuts
2 bananas



4:00 meal



12 oz grass fed sirloin
2 cup red quinoa
2 Roma tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 cup white mushrooms
2 avacado



Post workout meal



2 cup unsweet oat milk
30 gram Quinoa protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds



Side note:



I was kinda sore after PT today so I went and did some IR light therapy, got a massage, and got in the cocoon for a while. So overall, a very peaceful day.

I just have an IR lamp that I use. It looks like an adjustable floor lamp except it has an infrared bulb.
You just place it over the spot you want to focus on and let it do its thing
 
a lot of people will pick mushrooms in the wild and eat them just be careful when doing that
