Was 230 after re-feed and felt great. Coach is still full steam ahead, Hoping to drop clen soon and pivot to mots and Slupp. Coach is expecting 226-227 by monday check ins. Energy is surprisingly good and sleep is still holding steady. I def need to be better about wearing my cpap. I dont really have apnea once i drop below 240 but thee added support certainly cant hurt.
