Approved Log Body recomp training cycle Log

It’s always good to hear wins and losses end of the day no one’s perfect brother , it’s about how you reground yourself after a loss and pick yourself back up .

Your doing a great job bro and hopefully the slu helps as a additional lever to stop the fat loss stall brother 💪
 
Ordered some Slu to try and assist with fat loss and fatigue along with some cardio assistance
Ordered and dropped quick AF even with the holidays, so shout out to you my man appreciate everything!

Little sunday update:
Gyms going well, no real issues, food nutrition has still been a consistent issue but im working on putting things into place to curb it

However after the knee issues, i now have a constant click / tweek feeling when doing leg press above 160kgs so don't think it's fully back to normal so have decided to lower the weight back down to where it stops and just run a few more weeks at that weight.

Current stack update:
Reta - 5mg ( convivence i have 15 vials )
Slu - 10mg daily 5mg tabs x2 ( will increase to 40mg total dose soon )
TRT in the coming weeks perhaps, looking at doing 150 a week to start off. ( possibly not unsure yet )

Sure can, i was doing meal prep most weeks leading up until now, however i had been doing nutrition all wrong..
i was doing raw weights as cooked etc so for me thinking im having under 2000 cals.. i would of been WAY closer to 2600 cals if not more and i wasn't calculating extras ( 30mls of oil etc )

So tonight i have started a new - no more cooking a heap of meals just enough for 1-2 days at max

so tonight im doing
1kg lean beef mince
600g mix veg ( broccoli / cauliflower / carrot / beans
125g single serve jasmin rice

or split up should be below give or take a few. this meal i will have TWICE a day, and breckfast is usually 2 large eggs, 1 sourdough english muffin

Calories~572 kcal
Protein~56 g
Carbohydrates~36 g
Fat~13 g
Fibre~6 g


Usually pre workout ill have 250mls milk with 1 scoop whey mixed with 200g of rice bubbles

post workout it's straight into dinner so the above meal usually

i do try and make it as CLEAN as i can, however sort of just depends what i can get my hands on, i also cook for 2 others 1 autistic and 1 other who just never knows what they want so days come and go but i generally stay on track

Weight started shifting again after fixing food and adding in more steps / cardio

have also just started TRT after getting bloods back, so we will see how this affects my fatigue issues stemming from other health factors, hopefully gives a nice big boost, along with all the other benifits.

Update:

Life has gotten a little hecktic being my wedding is in 30 days so it's every spare moment being spent doing wedding clean up and other shit

Managed to keep very consistent with gym however i did let food slip but back on track now
pulled bloods and had some real telling results come back to explain a fair few symptoms im having
along with massive fatigue, so have started doing things to correct the imbalances in life
Have changed up some things i was taking to the following stack

Stack Update:

3mg Reta
2mg Triz
30mg Slu daily ( 1 am 2 pre-workout )
200mg Test E dosed 3 times a week

Have stopped HGH but will get back on it later on in the track

Training has gotten a LOT more intense, actually progressing again and hitting failure a lot more on exercises
leaving the gym feeling well worked out rather then just having completed the workout

Food im getting back on track, being diabetic, along with a few other ailments my food has been an issue and im 100% in a deficit ( resting cals math says 2900 roughly, currently eating 2000 ) and weight is shifting but quite slowly however i have gained a fair bit of water weight having started TRT ( 2 weeks in now i believe )
weight has dropped to 104 and goes up to 106 but then back down the next morning so starting to ignore the scale a lot more and doing weekly check ins shifting around 400-500g of weight loss a week id like to speed it up slightly but for now im happy after the wedding ( 3rd july ) ill be a lot more locked in as ill have more spare time to do the extra walks etc daily between work, life not a whole lot of time left.


Sleep has been amazing i have increased sleep,
Deep / Rem / Light roughly 44% over the board from when i started this whole weight loss
im no longer taking an hour or so to fall asleep and manage to sleep within 20 mins, tossing and turning has lowered as well which is amazing. weightloss has certainly helped with this im sure, along with the peps
