anyone run over 1G of deca?

he mentioned he used to take a lot of deca back in the day for strength training. He said over 1G, I came home and googled and he means over 1000mgs, isnt’ that a lot?
Do you think I should try it? I want to get stronger

If you do 1000mgs of deca durabolin be prepare for the bad side effects.
1g = 1000mgs its A LOT.

Back in the day they took 100mgs of deca NOT 1000mgs.

That is very high sir. I see people go in the 500-600 range but that is generally the highest you will see. I have seen it ran higher but it is not very common to see

Way too much aromatization for me man. I would keep it to 400-500mg per week with test around 200mg per week as a great stack.

I would not ever take Deca by itself because of the side effects!
