61yr old male insight....

Hey. Hope i can ask a question about my mans labs. Healthy, normal weight, height, male balding. Some inflammation and arthritis. Lived a wild life 😉 Works hard, plays hard, rebuilds bikes and cars. Hillbilly southern country boy.
Labs all normal. I added a male hormone test. I was surprised by how low total test seemed.
Total test was 410
Free T 36.9
bio available T 69.5
SHBG 52
Estradiol <30 pg/mL
Prolactin 7.6 ng/mL

He isnt really into the gym scene or peptides, trt. He uses the home weights and started creatine 5mg.

Was thinking adding zinc, magnesium. He already takes omegas and glucosamine and turmic.

I have been reading up on test for men. Im not sure its for him becuase he would worry abiut more hair loss, the anger management, and shrinkage 😵‍💫.

So looking for insight. Especially if he changes his mind about doibg anything.

sister if you can start but sharing full labs with his info blurr it would help more

It'll always be better to deal with him direct.

Two thoughts:
1. Some aspects of his life need looking at
2. In the mean timer have him look at a test booster like HCGenerate

Thanks. Yea he isnt into forums etc. Most everything i have researched the past year was female related so i really wasnt sure if he needed to even do much. But he is tired a lot more. And a few other things. We eat good, eat healthy although he still goes to restaurants with the car people on weekends. Ill look into the HCG. I just feel like he will want to give it a go becuase the trt has done me wonders.
 
His levels being under 100 ng per deciliter is super low. He should definitely talk to a doctor about getting on TRT if he has good insurance; otherwise self TRT would be something that would be desirable

Looks doable, pricey! (Fucking everything is pricey dealing with a 7k er bill) but i think i can swing this for him until he decides on trt.

Our drs dont do trt. Im looking into clinics, lots for guys around here. (Again pricey!) Most seem to have The Trt and Hcg. Idk if he would need HCG.

Sister 410ng/dl is good for his age. but then you posted bloods and it was like 70 lol. not sure why you posted different numbers
