3 weeks left of rad140 and sr9009

I'm about to complete my rad and sr cycle which was 12 weeks total
Just got about 3 weeks left, maybe a little less. when the vials are done i will know i’m done lol
wondering what I should plan for my next cycle
how long do I need to come off?
And will need pct on this? Some say yes and some say no
I'm 21 years old and I am 5'8, 12% body fat
I train EOD
 
you should run your pct, re-evaluate your goals from there and then start planning post bloodwork

i would do GW next with lgd

You should do pct
nolvadex and hcgenerate
 
why would you run a cycle without even knowing what to do and how to use them?? of course you need a pct with rad... you need 4 weeks off after this cycle and then can start another...

On top of that, how on the planet earth can anyone make a cycle recommendation when you dont even state your goals??

bro, im sorry but you are so irresponsible and just careless, i dont think you should use any PED until you take it far more serious
 
I don't see anything wrong with coming off sarms and then doing another cycle
