@Noah Wixx that's some good cardio right there. An hour's worth and you hit almost 3 and 1/2 mi. Got to give you a lot of credit for being patient because cardio is super boring.
Nice finish on these. Not only did you get some good core training but you also finished out with the rower. That's your bread and butter right there and that's the way to hit it. @gil3286
Most probiotics out there are a bunch of BS. It's important to go to your health food store and have a good talk with the person working there and figure out a product that will help you and that will work.
@BigRed I like front squats and I like the Smith machine split squat. That's my favorite. Really good set of exercises and I like how you're doing isometric holds.
