Got back down to the home state and got to train at my old gym which had some pretty cool pieces I worked into this leg day
Seated Hip Abduction
2 x 12-15 @ 180kg
1 x 20 Rest Pause 160kg
Nordic Curls
3 x 8 body weight
Single leg hip thrust
(M-Torture hip thrust with rotary food pads)
Super comfortable machine and external rotation of feet through the movement brings in the glutes even more than a standard thrust, very little weight needed. Attached photo
2 x 12-15 @ 50kg
1 x 20 rest pause
Stiff Leg Deadlift
Best these have felt by a mile, controlled and braced right through and good jump in weight

Single leg press
Old school nautilus leg press with swivelling foot pad
Absolutely love this leg press, allows solid foot placement right through the movement (no lifting of heel) and much deeper range of motion) likewise with the hip thrust much less weight needed than traditional leg press
