This weeks macros so my lunch is my all out bowls and it that same for the dinner so I didn’t want to screen shot it again but I eat 2 of these bowls a day plus breakfast and some shakes after a work out so when you see the lunch just 2x that how much food I am getting in
This is about week 6 or 7 of my cycle and my appetite has in crease so eating more is easier and my strength has went up a little but I am training still in the 15 rep range with 30 sec rest I will screen shot my chest and back work out form today … I am still hitting 25 - 30 minutes of cardio mostly jogging except my sprit days I do 15 rounds of 20sec work 40 sec rest …
I have been doing this 15 rep with 30 seconds routine for maybe 2 months now the work outs are hard but easier now .. do you guys feel this is optimal for Recomp cycle every one has different opinions … I would like to know everyone’s thoughts and experiences
