Notes
Today was a great day overall. I started my day off by pinning my compounds and taking my anavar. After that, it was time to send my check-in questions to my coach along with my check-in pictures. Everything went great with that feedback from the coach was that if I still am getting extra hungry at night I can throw in an extra shake. We had already talked about the changes to training, which will be videoing my sets to get feedback from him. And then implementing those changes. The first thing I had to do was lower the weight and do a full range of motion. I repeated my workout from yesterday and definitely lowered the weight down and was more focused on full movements and control. It felt great and I think I got things down now. Today was a bonus workout so I also have a full body workout tomorrow to do. It’s going to be heavy upper and light lower. I’m really starting to see the changes in my body come out. Looking way more full and vascular. Hopefully all this hard work I’ve put in. Will get me in shape to step on stage next year. I appreciate everyone who’s following along
