So this is from my app it suppose to detect the work out but was messing up with superset so when you see the hammer curls /skull crusher and lateral raises they are one big super set it didn’t log certain ones but I did 4 sets of everything the weight is right
That was today’s work out and I ran in morning 2 miles, I do back and chest tomorrow then Friday is a cardio day of 150 wall balls then Saturday is legs and Sunday will be active rest day just a 2 mile jog and that’s it for that day
