Not sure what happened to these guys. They used to be my go-to source. They are so damn disorganized today. Not only is their customer service extremely nasty and rude, but also their products are no longer good. Not sure what happened with them but I would not use them anymore.

Purity Source Labs is a scammer. Do not use them. Stay away.
 
You're not the first to complain about this. PSL definitely screwed the pooch on this one.
