Week 10 has been a bit of a weird one. My elbows playing up makes me feel as though I’ve been training not as hard when it’s literally just not training my upper at all which sucks! But I’ve been going hard on legs and can really see size coming in on them. I feel great apart from the sore elbows. I’ve just finished up my night shift swing so I’ll be able to train with more time when I am training legs. I think I’ll have another week off of training my upper as I did an upper today and I felt them starting to come in right at the end. Will definitely be better after the next week of no training but even still with the less training I still think I’m looking ok considering the circumstances. I’ll leave a pic below for you guys to decide. 💪🏽

Gday lads just thought I’d drop in and share an update. This last week or so has been pretty rough both mentally and physically. I’ve decided to come off my cycle and have started doing pct. I will share my pct journey in a different blog and will be getting fertility checks along with it. I’m sorry for the bulk getting cut short it’s just what I had to do for me and my family as it has been pretty shit. I’d like to thank you all for tuning into this blog. Definitely the most change I’ve ever had in a bulk and I was lucky enough to share that with you guys. I would also like to thank @CladHQ and @shadow labs for sponsoring me throughout this. Been a fun ride. I’m also taking a few weeks break from the gym entirely to improve my mental health and recover from this elbow injury that’s been driving me mad. Appreciate you all ❤️

Sounds rough bro. Hope you recover well after taking the break.

EQ half life is two weeks, so to be able to kick-start your HPTA effectively will take around 14 weeks. During that time I recommend staying on test e trt until EQ clears, then you can initiate PCT properly.

Please don't be guessing next steps and injuring yourself even more. Ask questions to your sponsor, or better yet, get a coach for this PCT phase so you don't have to stress.
