Approved Log My Canadian Road to 50 Years Old and Transformation with US-Pharmacies

How are you able to eat 4k calories taking this!?!?!
I can eat rice, chicken breast and red meat like it's nobodies business. I don't think I have what my lady HarleyGirl calls "full sensors" so I just measure, load the plate, and then don't think about it and get it done. I only eat from 10am-7pm (10am/1pm/3pm/7pm) so I'm on roughly a 16/8 fasting cycle and it works well for me. Kudos to Lev for suggesting this schedule to me!

Love it so much I take it ED now whether I'm cycling or not! They're happy pills and libido pills all in one. And they lower SHBG to free up your T for recovery.

LOL... Lev told me he uses higher doses to help keep him sharp during the day. Since I sleep the same as he does (about 5 hours and then a nap during the day) I went from 15g ED and double it to 30g and I use a protein scoop that is exactly 30g. I take it in the morning at 10am and with the psyllium husk and digestive enzymes/probiotics I'm as regular as clockwork now once a day. First time in my life being regular too! I do notice I'm fully sharp in the mornings too on only 5 hours sleep.
I just upped my to 20g before bed, as I sleep like shit too. Definitely feel more alert and sharp throughout the day. 52 yo also.

Awesome bro! @L2S with my crazy sleep schedule I'm afraid to reduce my creatine dose at this point. It breaks through the BBB and acts as a nootropic I'm almost sure of it!
