Approved Log Lean Bulking Cycle Journal

I apologise for being absent past couple of days, I didn’t sleep for 3 nights and when I did sleep I felt completely fucked was bed bound for a day or 2. Went to the beach yesterday and that seemed to fix me up and give me a really good sleep last night and I’m feeling a lot better today.
Got a workout in, wasn’t the best wasn’t the worst just a workout to get me back into things. In sauna now for 45 mins at 82 celsius
