This is update on food I jump up my calories to 3000 and responding very well my snack is after work out in the morning … at night I have veggies and avocado and my proteins … that last meal is befor 6pm try to atleast I do use fiber supplement at night I will take pics … I have been just meal prepping all my meat and then in morning making egg whites and veggies and cook my turkey burger for that day it saved me so time and it’s a little better having some. Food that is fresher instead of 4 days old lol .. I will post my training my strength has gone up even training at low weight i will do a day to test strength just to make sure i am not a pussy lol and my bench at 225 I hit 8 reps very easy just to see I have fully tested legs but my lifts on there has gone up 60 pounds on different one of the leg machine I was at 120 for reps now at 180 with low rest will show pic of that one lift … will post full work out later this is just a little up date for now .. I have improved so much thanks to the help and guidance of the anabolex family thank you guys so much
