Since my hematocrit was slightly elevated, I gave blood yesterday. I also bumped up my testosterone this week up to 500mg per week, which I’ll run for about 16 weeks.

they should have told you when you were next eligible when you gave. check the paperwork maybe or call them

I’ve been taking Anastrozole (.25mg) twice a week. Very small dose but even with my testosterone over 1000ng/dl, it’s working.

@GHgut4life I’m in Colorado. The limit is one whole blood donation every 8 weeks. If more frequent donations are needed, a prescription can be created to donate more frequently.

Number seem to be leveling out a little bit. @CaliAnabolic Might want to take some time off of the oral steroids, if your liver is sensitive, but it should normalize.

@CaliAnabolic blood work doesn't look bad all things considered. i would be overall pleased. nothing you cant work on

good reference on the bloods @CaliAnabolic its not that bad. BUN/creatinine ratio is always strong in bodybuilders. just get the liver #'s lower

@Mobster primary care physician. I’m also seeing an endocrinologist for my TRT+. I’ve had high liver enzymes before starting on TRT. I’ve had slightly higher liver enzymes since I did accutane 15 years ago.

@Ulter, I’m actually not on any orals. Only testosterone and retatrutide. I am retraining on orals until I get my liver in order. Maybe just anavar in the future.

@GHgut4life, I’m already on tudca (600mg), NAC (300mg), milk thistle (100mg), vitamin E (800 IU), and retatrutide (3mg per week), all which is supposed to heal your liver. I’m definitely no expert, but does n2gurd have something else that can help? Thanks! Everyone’s advice is greatly appreciated.
