My body has changed before my eyes! I like woke up one day and started to really see a diffrence! I am eating very low carb High protien and fats. I pretty much eat the same stuff every week just alternate. Pork and vegies, Ground beed and eggs, Chicken and rice. Using test E 600 a week and anavar for two weeks only at 10mg a day. I train very hard to failure and walking and joging two miles a day!. Anavar is Amazing! It gives me strenght and alot of energy to keep going ans going in the gym!!!!

A little embarassed of my Love handles and back fat but I am very focused on burning all of my fat. I have a pic from the front flexing stomach muscles and letting my stomach all out. Pic from the side love handles and pic of my back. My lower back is fat. These pics are before workout. How much body fat? If I am 240 now, what weight can I get to at 10 to 12 percent body fat in your oppinion? Thanks.
