Ended up pulling off cardio in the afternoon.   60 minutes but did not burn as many calories as I usually do.
Thanks for the encouragement!  I just ordered a blood sugar kit since a lot of my symptoms match low blood sugar.  I had this same issue last summer.  Once I cut down to a low body fat % workouts seem to get tough and feel tired, soft, and weak.
Slept in so eating first.   Below is 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt,  1 scoop of whey protein,  and 1/2cup of oats
