worst cycle for dude with joint issues

44 years old and looking to boost my gains with steroids
been running gear off and on for 10 years. Only in the past 6 months has the joints been acting up.
Which steroids would be worst for my joints and which steroids can I use in the future that won’t bother my joints?
Really would like to run a nice 12 week cycle to help me bulk up more. I’m 180 pounds and 5’7’’.

dont use winstorl or masteron thats for sure
 
winstrol certainly is the worst one for joints but if you are having joint issues, i would be looking at sarms and peptides as opposed to steroids...
