which supplements help with heart health?

I’m looking for a supplement that truly is good for heart health
used several different things including using omegas and they haven’t done a thing except give me stomach aches and that sort of thing. I think I need to get away from chasing down deficiencies in my diet and focus more on straight supplementation.
