Umbrella labs powdered sarms question

Well I was gonna ask them how I take it but haven't heard back. So I think I just a truck take micro doses of the powder because umbrella sells micro dose scoops. Whatever, if its a 200 dollar loss no big deal. Feb 18th right in the middle of my log I violated my fed probation and was taken into custady and recieved a 7 month violation sentence. Fucked my world up fellas. Ive been out over a year and have to stay legal and clean. Im now regularly urine tested for alcohol or drugs with lab testing for anabolics anytime my po requests it. I lost seventy pounds during that seven months. Gain some weight back and just trying to climb back up the hill. Appreciate the feedback guys.

I may capsule myself after measuring out, or I may use a 80% PEG 400 and 20% Tween 80 solution to make 1ml solution (RAD-140 and SLU-PP-332 are not water soluble) and use a syringe to take 1ml a day orally.

Anyone ever tried the PEG 400 route?

umbrella is a really good option no matter what you choose. i have not personally used PEG though
