I was talking to a buddy of mine I haven't seen in a while and he had really improved his physique. He not only put on a lot of muscle but he got leaner. He says that his secret is he trains six days a week and on his day off he gets like 10 hours of sleep. Do you think something like this could be done even for someone like me with average genetics or do you think that this is something that anybody can do? Have you tried it?
