The very short rest times come into play to keep my heart rate up & along with I’m training with a fellow logger @jaxxs over on evo a lot of these sets where needing to be assisted to get to my min number of reps.Great workout sessions brother. 60 seconds rest in between each working set to keep the heart rate up a lot of cals burned.
