Approved Log Testosterone Enanthate and Equipoise Cycle Log

do you feel like you are dragging drinking a shake during workout? our bodies really would prefer if you didn't give it more jobs during this time. try training without eating within 2 hours or during and see if you feel the difference
I actually made that adjustment a couple of days before the post. Felt pretty good but for me the real magic happens when lifting around early morning 4 or 5am. My pumps are great and the whole day after the lift I feel like a rock!
 
Out of town with family so my diet and training are going to take a hit until Thursday. I'll be sure to add my daily training when I return.

Tried to go to a local gym but too much going on to get away. It's amazing how tired you can get when thrown off your workout and diet routine
@jw3man we are waiting for you to be back from vacation update the diet and training
 
This cycle has come to an early end! Arrived home from vacation on 7/26 and experienced a few set backs. One was medical, ileus. Basically it's when a section of you bowels just stops working. For me it lead to severe pain and vomiting.
This was a great learning experience and the first time I posted a log. I want to thank you for the comments, advice, and encouragement. Right now the focus is continue to get back on track with workouts, diet, and sleep. I look forward to posting my next log as well as following everyone elses!

@jw3man now first thing, your cycle over so now you're doing TRT or PCT? you CANNOT just come off cycle.

And @jw3man if you're coming off, we need to see your LOG (start a new LOG) with training diet sleep so we can help you recover from this.
