test 500mgs a week + arimidex

this will be my first cycle in years. I’m 45 years old and I haven’t once steroids since pre-covid. I’m 195 lbs and around 6 ft tall.
And get back into top shape. Definitely have lost a lot of strength. I’ve been training my balls off for the past year. Now, I want to hop back on testosterone Enanthate at 500 mg a week. Do you think if I pin twice a week that would work good if I go 10 weeks? And do you think that Arimidex would be the best option at 1-2mgs a week split into 3 oral dosages?

500mgs test you need ed arimidex .5mgs and n2guard 7caps
