I’m not sure if TB 500 is the best option for me. I have recovery issues ever since I started increasing the volume and the amount of times a week that I’m training at the gym. I used to go four times a week and now I’m going six times a week. I also increased my sets from about 20 sets per session to 25 sets per session. Do you think using 1 mg of TB 500 post workout would be a good solution?
