Stacking in anavar oxandrolone

I’m currently doing 150mgs a week testosterone
Not getting any sort of real changes to my physique
I'm 43 years old, 6 ft 1 in, and 170 lb probably around 12% body fat so I'm in good shape
was hoping to get a little more improvements with lean muscle mass. don't want to get anything huge because I don't want people at work suspecting anything
I want to add in anavar now. I've seen dosaging from 25 mg to over 100 mg a day. what do you recommend for my situation
 
150mgs of test is barely above a trt dose. so don't expect much of anything

you are shutting yourself down for nothing essentially

50mgs anavar per day is standard with testosterone TRT with 7caps n2guard ed too
 
anavar 50mgs ed is good dose
