solo anavar cycle 50mgs a day

I’m 37 years old and 86kgs. Want to get some quality muscle mass improvements
my next cycle I want it to be simple. The anavar I want to run is 50mgs a day for 12 weeks. What would you recommend I run alongside it to get the most results? Should I do some test E or should I do some dbol ? And is 50mgs of anavar a good amount or should I look at doing a different number?
