I’ve got some issues when it comes to following a sleep at night and waking up and not being able to go back to sleep
problem seems to be getting worse as I get older
should I be taking a supplement before bed or should I pop a supplement whenever I get up to help me go back to sleep any ideas?

try using nutrozol 677 helped me a lot 2-3 caps ed

i wouldn't go the hard route here. Try losing some weight and exercising in the afternoon

Try to figure out what is causing it so you can attack that. Do you drink any caffeine in the evening. Some people don't realize that caffeine has a 6 hour half life.
