should I even bother training?

I had a question on if you had a bad night is it even worth training or should you
still go but just ease up on your workouts?
My baby was up all night sick the other day and I went and worked out anyway.
My workout was crap. I only managed 12 sets when I usually do 18-20 sets.

if you had a bad night you should keep training just go slow
get that energy out and pump it
 
train but 1/3rd your normal
 
Bro I deal w this daily,I have baby & 3 others from10 yrs to 18..stress/ physical job.some days are intense training and someday are light or just cardio,always adjusting but I still train.if I feel I went to light in a.m.i go kill it later in day,find what works for you.life always has obstacles.
